David Gonski
Chair David is Chancellor of the University of New South Wales and Chairman of the UNSW Foundation. He is President of the Art Gallery of NSW Trust, Non-Executive Chairman of Barrenjoey Capital Partners Group Holdings and Chairman of Sydney Airport.
Julian Cook
Director Julian is currently Chairman of Sky City Entertainment Group and Director of WEL Networks Limited and Winton Property Limited. From 2014-2021 Julian was CEO of Summerset, a New Zealand based retirement village and aged care business.
Murray Jordan
Chair, Development Sub Committee Murray currently serves on the Boards of Metcash (an ASX listed company), Chorus, Metlifecare, the Stevenson Group, and is Chair of the Southern Cross Medical Care Society and Healthcare businesses.
Anne Cross
Chair, Audit and Risk Committee Anne is a non-executive director in varying health and aged care sectors. She is an Adjunct Professor of Health and Behavioural Sciences at the University of Queensland and was CEO of UnitingCare Queensland for 14 years.
Patrick Rodden
Director Patrick is currently the Director of Metlifecare and Deakin and has a strong background in private equity investments across Australia and New Zealand. Previously, Patrick was a Director at The Carlyle Group, focusing on buyouts.
